Non-maintainer view

``<NonMaintainerView>`` is a component that wraps components which are
strictly useless for maintainers if they have certain permissions.

Props

    :Description:
      | the permission that the user, who must not be a maintainer, or is
        supposed not to have

Example usage
-------------
